From the time I was a child until I grew up, I have been so many problems in life. It seems that I'm the one who never out of a problem. I've never rid out of problems in life until now. It seems that problems are always following me wherever path to go. I almost gave up before, but I didn't give up. I still continued my life. Moving on...👍🫶🤝

Even though I'm here in Japan, I still have problems. Did they think that even if I'm here in Japan, life was so good? They're wrong. It's also difficult to live here in Japan because of language barrier, the culture are different from Philippines and it's like a kind of culture shock, maids are not a custom tradition so the housework must be the duty of a housewife like me. Then there are so many Japanese neighbors nearby who are very annoying, stalking, bullying, bothersome trespassing, dangerous(for example👉🏻迷惑危険シナmeans"MEIWAKU KIKEN SHINA"), nuisance disturbances everyday, and really they are my problems here in Japan. I never go out alone from our house. If ever I go out, I'll be with my Japanese husband. I'm not leaving alone anymore. Doors and windows are always locked.

Well..Honestly speaking🫰🏻not all Japanese are annoying stalkers. I want to make it clarify that not all Japanese are annoying and bothersome trespassing(迷惑侵入犯).., there are Japanese also who is kind and gentleman but sad to say and unluckily they are not here in our nearby neighboring area. Since year 2012 when we moved here..There are Japanese neighbors herein who told me that they don't like Filipinos and foreigners. So we have been here in this location for 12 years already and all I did was I didn't go out and I didn't enter neighbor's house or never trespassing to their property so that I wouldn't yet get hurt(like PaloUlo) so I would never get problem from them.

I don't have problem in my marriage relationship or marriage lifestyle. I have to continue my married life here in Japan, even though it's not easy, but I can handle it. It is my obligation and duty as a wife to continue to serve my husband as well. I don't have problem anymore with my Japanese husband. He's responsible and understanding.

Life continues despite the issues or problems with the Japanese neighbors nearby here in our residence area. Technically, I must be careful and take extra precautions so that I wouldn't get hurt.

How to cope up or fix a Problem

Life can be unpredictable at times, filled with unexpected challenges and obstacles that we are required to face. From personal to professional, from health-related to relationship complications, problems come in all shapes and sizes. But in the face of adversity, there's always a silver lining - the solution to the problem. Although it may seem difficult to cope it, problems are not insurmountable, and it is possible to overcome them with perseverance and positive thinking. In this blog post, we'll explore various strategies to help you overcome problems and emerge stronger.

Acknowledge the Problem⤵️

The first step in overcoming any problem is to acknowledge and confront it head-on. It is essential to avoid the tendency to ignore or feel ashamed of the problem, as it will only make the situation worse. Instead, identify the problem and its root cause, and determine what you can do to alleviate or solve it. Remember, a problem cannot be solved if it isn't acknowledged.

Brainstorm Possible Solutions⤵️

Once you've identified the problem, consider all the potential solutions that could be helpful. Brainstorming allows us to think creatively and find innovative solutions to even the most perplexing problems. List all the potential solutions to the problem, and evaluate them option by option. Set aside the unrealistic or unfeasible solutions and consider the real-world options that you can implement.

Seek Out Help⤵️

Depending on the problem you're facing, it's important to recognize when you require help and seek out assistance. It may be in the form of professional counseling, a trusted friend or trusted family member, or a trusted mentor. There's no shame in asking for help, and it is always better to have a support system when dealing with a challenging situation. A fresh perspective may give you insight and a solution that you had not previously considered.

Focus on the Present⤵️

It's easy to get stuck in the past when dealing with a difficult situation, but this only serves to make the problem more complex. Instead, focus on the present and what you can control. Identify what’s within your power, and do your best to impact these areas positively. This straightforward and practical approach will allow you to take the necessary steps to move forward.

Avoid Procrastination⤵️

Procrastination can be a significant challenge when dealing with a problem. It's tempting to put off dealing with a problem until it becomes too challenging to handle. Unfortunately, this only works against you, making it harder to find a feasible approach to the problem. Instead, start with simple and achievable steps that will build momentum towards finding a solution. A problem may appear complex at first glance, but if you break it down into smaller, more manageable parts, it is easier to address it.

Learn from the Experience⤵️👍

It's essential to take some time to reflect on the experience after resolving a problem. What did you learn in the process, and how can you use this knowledge to avoid similar problems in the future? The experience can be an opportunity to develop new skills, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.

Problems are an inevitable part of life, and they will continue to assail us at different stages in our life. However, the key to overcoming any issue lies in our approach towards it. With a positive attitude, perseverance, and a focus on solutions rather than problems, we can overcome any obstacle we face. The road may be challenging, but the reward is invaluable. Remember, progress does not come without a challenge; progress comes when we overcome challenges. So the next time you face a problem, take a deep breath, acknowledge the problem, and approach it one step at a time.
