After a long pause, I’m finally back to writing—and it feels like returning to an old friend. This blog has always been my quiet little space in a noisy digital world, and I’ve missed it deeply. Today, I’m starting fresh, reflecting on something that has quietly shaped my everyday routine for years: social media.


Since the year1998, scrolling or surfing in the web through desktop computer turn to Smartphone lately, has become part of my daily life. From MySpace, Hi5, Yahoo Chat, MSN Messenger, Friendster to Facebook, Multiply to Instagram, Twitter but now X, Tiktok, YouTube. I’ve witnessed the evolution of online platforms firsthand. 

For years, checking notifications, uploading photos, watching videos, and sharing life updates became second nature to me. However, as time passed, I began to notice how these platforms affected my time, energy, and peace of mind. That’s why I made the decision to deactivate my Facebook, Twitter or X, Instagram accounts—to take back a sense of control and clarity in my life.


Despite that, Sometime I’m still active on TikTok and YouTube, which I now use more mindfully—not just for entertainment, but a hobby, for inspiration, learning, and creative expression. These platforms continue to play a role in my activities, but I’ve learned to navigate them with more awareness than ever before.
