Paano maiwasan ang heat stroke?


Ang heat stroke ay isang nakakatakot na kondisyon na maaaring maiwasan sa pamamagitan ng pag-iingat at pagbibigay ng sapat na atensyon sa iyong katawan sa panahon ng sobrang init. Narito ang ilang mga tips kung paano maiwasan ang heat stroke:
