It’s hard to believe that it has been over a two decades since I first envisioned to have my own app creation or "Software & App Developing Business". Back on year 2011, I was brimming with ideas and excitement about the possibilities that mobile technology and content Creation could be "fruition offer source of INCOME" in the future. Actually, I started this business on year January 2013, but unluckily I had encountered problems in my married life status damaging that can't control and it affected so much, that's why I decided the business to stopped. So I finally to stop running it on April 2014. But my friends are continue using my apps that I created until pandemic happened. So year 2021 I totally deleted all my apps in circulation. Sometimes, one of my friends requested me to create her needed graphics and apps for her private use exclusively.

Until now I don't have idea when it will be continue again and I don't know who will be pursue it. Fast forward to today, and while my dream business remains unfulfilled, the journey has been anything but straightforward. In this blog, I want to share my story, the challenges and hindrances I’ve faced, and the lessons learned.

My Business did not materializeI simply want to have a Software & App Developing Business.

The Spark of Inspiration⤵️

My fascination with app development ignited on year 2001 when I was attended a chat group in the internet and formal tech conference. I was captivated by the innovative solutions that developers were creating to solve everyday problems. I remember sitting in a session about mobile apps and thinking, “I want to do that!” I envisioned a business that could create intuitive, user-friendly applications to improve people's lives, whether through productivity tools, wellness apps, or something entirely unique easier lifestyle and fruitful source of INCOME in the Future.

Setting Out with Enthusiasm⤵️

With a heart full of ambition, I began to figure out ideas and researching the app market. I even started learning programming languages like Swift and Java, immersing myself in online courses and tutorials. I felt like I was on the right path, and the excitement of potentially launching my own business fueled my late-night coding sessions.

The Reality of Life⤵️

However, as much as I wanted to dive headfirst into my entrepreneurial dream, life had other plans. I faced several unforeseen challenges that slowed my momentum:

1. Financial Constraints: Starting a business requires capital, and at the time, I was still paying off student loans and managing living expenses. I hesitated to invest in my dream because I wasn't sure how to secure funding.

2. Career Obligations: I found myself caught in the cycle of a 9-to-5 job, which, while stable, left little room for pursuing my passion. The demands of work often overshadowed my aspirations, and I struggled to find the time and energy to focus on app development. Aside from that I was encountered a marital problems at that time that's why my eager to running the business was stopped.

3. Self-Doubt: As the years went by, I began to question my abilities. Was I skilled enough to compete in an industry filled with talented developers? The fear of failure loomed large, and I often postponed my plans, thinking I needed to be more prepared. If I ever open my Creation App again, is there still a big obstacle that could "DAMAGE" again my status of living? I am very worried about the odds of more "DAMAGE" again inflicted by my creating app.

A Period of Reflection⤵️

As the years slipped by, I took time to reflect on my journey. I realized that while my dream of launching an app creation business had not yet materialized, I had gained valuable insights and experience. I attended workshops, networked with fellow tech enthusiasts, and even collaborated on small projects. Each experience taught me something new, whether it was about coding, business strategy, or the importance of resilience.

Reigniting the Flame⤵️

Recently, I’ve felt a renewed sense of urgency to revisit my dream. The world has changed dramatically since 2010, with new technologies emerging and the app market expanding. I’ve started to realize that the landscape is more accessible than ever, with numerous resources available for aspiring entrepreneurs. I decided to take small, actionable steps to reignite my passion:

- Setting Clear Goals: I outlined specific, achievable goals for myself, breaking down the process of starting my business into manageable tasks.

- Building a Support Network: I reached out to friends and mentors in the tech industry for advice and encouragement. Their support has been invaluable in boosting my confidence.

- Embracing Continuous Learning: I committed to staying updated on industry trends and honing my skills. I enrolled in advanced courses and participated in hackathons, pushing myself to create and innovate.

The Journey Continues

While my app creation business is still not open again, I’ve come to appreciate the journey itself. The challenges I’ve faced have shaped me into a more resilient and knowledgeable individual. I’ve learned that dreams may take time to materialize, but that doesn’t diminish their value.

As I look ahead, I remain hopeful and determined to bring my vision to life. My dream may have been deferred, but it’s far from forgotten. I’m excited about the future and the possibilities of what's to come. If you’re on a similar journey, remember that it’s never too late to pursue your passions. Embrace the lessons along the way, and keep pushing forward—your dreams are worth it!

Understanding Human Rights: Foundations, Evolution, and Contemporary Challenges

Human rights are fundamental entitlements inherent to all individuals, regardless of nationality, gender, ethnicity, or any other status. This blog explores the concept of human rights, tracing its historical evolution, philosophical underpinnings, legal frameworks, and contemporary challenges. By examining various perspectives on human rights, including cultural relativism and universalism, this study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of what human rights entail and their significance in today’s world.

Definition of Human Rights

Human rights are defined as the basic rights and freedoms to which all individuals are entitled by virtue of being human. These rights encompass civil, political, economic, social, and cultural dimensions and are intended to ensure dignity, freedom, and justice for all. Human rights are the basic freedoms and protections that every person is entitled to simply because they are human. These rights are universal, meaning they apply to all people, regardless of nationality, race, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life, freedom from torture, freedom of speech, freedom of thought, the right to work, and education, among others. They serve as a framework that protects individuals and ensures equality, dignity, and justice across all societies. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in1948, serves as a foundational document outlining these rights.

Importance of Human Rights

Human rights are essential for the promotion of peace, security, and development. They provide a framework for individuals to claim their rights and hold governments accountable. Moreover, respect for human rights fosters social cohesion and contributes to the overall well-being of societies.

Human rights are importance principles that recognize the dignity, freedom, and equality of all human beings. At their core, they are about ensuring every person has the opportunity to live a life of respect, free from discrimination, fear, and oppression. Human rights transcend cultural and national boundaries, reminding us that we are united by a shared humanity. They empower individuals to speak freely, practice their beliefs, access education, and seek justice.

Historically, the fight for human rights has shaped societies and inspired movements that strive for justice and equality. Today, these rights are enshrined in international agreements, setting a global standard that challenges every nation to uphold these freedoms. Whether it’s the right to live free from discrimination, to express one’s views, or to receive an education, human rights are the backbone of a fair and just society.

This blog aims to explore the multifaceted nature of human rights, examining their historical evolution, philosophical foundations, legal frameworks, cultural perspectives, and contemporary challenges. By providing a comprehensive analysis, this study seeks to contribute to the ongoing discourse on human rights and their relevance in today's globalized world.

Historical Evolution of Human Rights

Ancient Philosophical Roots

The concept of human rights can be traced back to ancient civilizations, where ideas of justice and individual dignity were first articulated. Philosophers such as Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle laid the groundwork for later discussions on ethics and morality, emphasizing the importance of individual rights in achieving a just society.

The Magna Carta and Early Legal Developments

The Magna Carta (1215) marked a significant milestone in the evolution of human rights, establishing the principle that everyone, including the king, is subject to the law. This document laid the foundation for later legal developments, including the establishment of habeas corpus and the protection of individual liberties.

The Enlightenment and the Birth of Modern Human Rights

The Enlightenment era brought forth new ideas about individual rights and the role of government. Thinkers such as John Locke, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, and Montesquieu argued for the inherent rights of individuals and the necessity of limiting governmental power. These ideas culminated in the American and French Revolutions, which emphasized the principles of liberty, equality, and fraternity.

The Impact of World Wars on Human Rights Discourse

The atrocities of World War I and World War II prompted a global reevaluation of human rights. The establishment of the United Nations in1945 and the adoption of the UDHR in1948 represented a collective commitment to preventing future atrocities and promoting the dignity of all individuals.

Philosophical Foundations of Human Rights

Natural Law Theory

Natural law theory posits that human rights are derived from universal moral principles inherent in human nature. This perspective emphasizes the idea that certain rights are inalienable and must be respected by all societies.

Social Contract Theory

Social contract theorists, such as Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau, argue that individuals consent to form governments in exchange for the protection of their rights. This framework highlights the relationship between individual rights and state authority.

Utilitarianism and Human Rights

Utilitarianism, which advocates for the greatest good for the greatest number, raises questions about the prioritization of individual rights. Critics argue that utilitarian approaches can lead to the violation of minority rights in favor of majority interests.

Feminist Perspectives on Human Rights

Feminist theorists challenge traditional notions of human rights by highlighting the ways in which gender intersects with issues of power and oppression. They advocate for the inclusion of women's rights as human rights and emphasize the need for a more inclusive understanding of human dignity.

Legal Frameworks for Human Rights

International Human Rights Instruments

The UDHR is the cornerstone of international human rights law, but it is supplemented by various treaties and conventions, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR). These instruments provide a legal framework for the protection and promotion of human rights globally.

Regional Human Rights Systems

Regional systems, such as the European Court of Human Rights and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, play a crucial role in enforcing human rights standards. These institutions address violations and provide mechanisms for individuals to seek justice.

National Constitutions and Human Rights

Many countries enshrine human rights in their constitutions, providing legal protections for individuals. However, the effectiveness of these protections varies, and enforcement remains a challenge in many jurisdictions.

The Role of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)

NGOs play a vital role in advocating for human rights, raising awareness, and holding governments accountable. Organizations such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch monitor violations and provide support to victims, contributing to the global human rights movement.

Cultural Perspectives on Human Rights

Universalism vs. Cultural Relativism

The debate between universalism and cultural relativism centers on whether human rights are universal or culturally specific. Universalists argue that human rights apply to all individuals, while cultural relativists contend that rights must be understood within the context of cultural norms and values.

Case Studies: Human Rights in Different Cultural Contexts

This section examines case studies from various cultural contexts, highlighting the complexities of applying universal human rights standards. Examples include the treatment of women in certain societies, indigenous rights, and the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals.

The Role of Religion in Shaping Human Rights Norms

Religion plays a significant role in shaping concepts of human dignity and rights. This section explores how different religious traditions interpret human rights and the potential for conflict between religious beliefs and secular human rights norms.

Contemporary Challenges to Human Rights

Globalization and Human Rights

Globalization has both positive and negative implications for human rights. While it can promote the spread of human rights norms, it can also lead to exploitation and violations, particularly in the context of labor rights and economic inequality.

The Impact of Technology on Human Rights

Technological advancements pose new challenges and opportunities for human rights. Issues such as surveillance, data privacy, and the digital divide highlight the need for a nuanced understanding of how technology intersects with human rights.

Human Rights Violations in Conflict Zones

Armed conflicts often result in egregious human rights violations, including torture, extrajudicial killings, and displacement. This section examines the role of international law in addressing these violations and the challenges of accountability in conflict situations.

Climate Change and Environmental Rights

The impact of climate change on human rights is an emerging area of concern. This section explores the intersection of environmental rights and human rights, emphasizing the need for sustainable development and protection of vulnerable populations.

Summary of Key Findings

This blog has examined the historical evolution, philosophical foundations, legal frameworks, cultural perspectives, and contemporary challenges of human rights. It underscores the complexity of human rights discourse and the need for ongoing engagement with these issues.

The Future of Human Rights

The future of human rights will depend on the ability of individuals, governments, and organizations to adapt to changing global dynamics and address emerging challenges. Strengthening international cooperation and promoting a culture of human rights will be essential for advancing human dignity.

Recommendations for Strengthening Human Rights Protections

This section provides recommendations for policymakers, civil society, and individuals to enhance human rights protections, including promoting education, fostering dialogue, and ensuring accountability for violations.

Difference of Vlogging & Blogging

Vlogging (short for video logging or video logging is commonly referred to as vlogging.) and Blogging is the act of writing, publishing, and sharing content on a website or social media platform.  Vlogging and Blogging are both forms of content creation but differ primarily in their medium and style of delivery.

Here are the key differences:

1. Medium:⤵️

  • Blogging: Involves creating written content that is published on a website. This can include articles, essays, how-to guides, reviews, and more. Blogs are primarily text-based but can include images, infographics, and occasionally videos to supplement the content.
  • Vlogging: Involves creating video content that is published on platforms like YouTube, or social media. Vlogs can cover similar topics as blogs but are delivered through spoken word, visuals, and often include music and other audio elements.

2. Content Creation Process:⤵️

  • Blogging: Requires good writing skills, the ability to research and synthesize information, and often involves editing text and images. Bloggers may also need to understand SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to ensure their content is discoverable.
  • Vlogging: Requires video production skills, including filming, editing, and sometimes animation. Vloggers need to be comfortable on camera and have a good sense of visual storytelling. Understanding video SEO is also beneficial.

3. Engagement Style:⤵️

  • Blogging: Readers engage by reading text and viewing images. Interaction usually occurs through comments on the blog post itself or through social media sharing.
  • Vlogging: Viewers engage by watching and listening to the video content. Interaction often happens through likes, comments, and shares on video platforms.

4. Equipment and Tools:⤵️

  • Blogging: Requires a computer, word processing software, and image editing tools. A good camera can be useful for taking photos but isn't always necessary.
  • Vlogging: Requires a camera (often a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or smartphone), microphone, lighting equipment, and video editing software.

5. Monetization:⤵️

  • Blogging: Can be monetized through ads (e.g., Google AdSense), sponsored posts, affiliate marketing, and selling digital products or services.
  • Vlogging: Can be monetized through ads (e.g., YouTube AdSense), sponsored videos, affiliate marketing, and merchandise sales.

6. Audience Reach:⤵️

  • Blogging: Typically attracts readers who prefer in-depth analysis and detailed information. Blogs can be shared through social media, email newsletters, and search engines.
  • Vlogging: Attracts viewers who prefer visual and auditory content. Vlogs are often shared through video platforms, social media, and sometimes embedded in blogs.

7. Accessibility:⤵️

  • Blogging: Can be more accessible to those who prefer reading or have limited internet bandwidth.
  • Vlogging: Requires viewers to have sufficient internet speed to stream video content and may not be as accessible to those who are visually or hearing impaired unless appropriate accommodations (like captions) are provided.

Both Blogging and Vlogging have their unique strengths and cater to different audience preferences. Choosing between them often depends on the creator's skills, resources, and the type of content they wish to share.

꧁❀๐Ÿ‘❀꧂

What is Vlogging?

For those who are unfamiliar with the term, vlogging is also short for video blogging, which is essentially a form of blogging that uses videos as a medium. In the past few years, vlogging has become increasingly popular, allowing people to create content that is more personal, engaging, and dynamic than traditional written blogs. In this blogpost, we will explore the world of vlogging, what it is, and why it has become such a significant part of internet culture.

꧁❀๐Ÿ‘❀꧂

The rise of Vlogging⤵️

Vlogging has been around since the early 2000s, but it didn’t become mainstream until the release of YouTube in 2005. With its free video hosting and user-friendly interface, YouTube made it possible for anyone to upload videos and share them with the world.

At first, vlogging was limited to a small community of early adopters, but as YouTube grew in popularity, so did vlogging. By the time YouTube was acquired by Google in 2006, vlogging had become a cultural phenomenon.

Today, YouTube is the second most visited website on the internet, with over 2 billion monthly active users. It has also become a platform for vloggers to earn money and build careers, with many creators boasting millions of subscribers and high engagement rates.

꧁❀๐Ÿ‘❀꧂

What sets vlogging apart from other forms of content creation?⤵️

Vlogging is unique because it allows creators to tell a story or share their experiences through video. This means that they can make use of visual and audio elements to enhance their message and connect with their audience in a more personal way.

Vlogs can range from short clips of daily life to highly produced pieces of content that are closer to mini-documentaries. Whatever the format, vlogging is all about being honest, authentic, and engaging.

Another unique feature of vlogging is the relationship that creators can form with their audience. Because vlogging is often more personal and intimate than other forms of content creation, viewers tend to feel a deeper connection with the creator. This can lead to a sense of community and loyalty among the audience, which is something that is not often seen in other forms of digital media.

꧁❀๐Ÿ‘❀꧂

How to get started with vlogging?⤵️

If you’re interested in trying your hand at vlogging, there are a few things you’ll need to get started.

First and foremost, you’ll need a camera. While you can technically vlog with just about anything, from your phone to a high-end professional camera, it’s important to choose a camera that meets your specific needs and budget.

Next, you’ll need to come up with a concept for your vlog. This can be anything from a daily diary of your life to a series of how-to videos. The key is to choose a topic that you’re passionate about and that will resonate with your target audience.

Once you’ve decided on your concept, you’ll need to create a YouTube channel and start uploading your videos. It’s important to optimize your videos for search by using keywords in your title, description, and tags. You should also engage with your audience by responding to comments and questions.

Conclusion

In conclusion, vlogging has become a significant part of internet culture thanks to its unique ability to connect with audiences on a personal level. Whether you’re a seasoned vlogger or just getting started, the key to success is to be true to yourself and to your audience. So pick up your camera, start filming, and see what the world of vlogging has in store for you!
